oMaintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others oWork in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere oAbility to multitask and work with a sense of urgency oInterface with customers and provide an exceptional experience oFull understanding of the term's accountability and integrity oKey Holder oPerform all tasks related to opening and closing of store oKnows how to bake bread and perform all prep oManage and lead crew of 3 to 7 people oProficient in slicing oCreate employee schedule oPlace inventory orders oFill in for Manager in all capacities when needed oAssist in in employee training oLead by example oParticipate in management team meetings and strategy sessions Qualifications for the job:
oEducation:
High school degree or equivalent o1 Year QSR experience preferred oOther:
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer oServe Safe Certification - Food Handler oMust have reliable transportation Key Competencies:
oExcellent Menu and product knowledge awesome personality oMust be able to thrive in a fast pace environment oDesire to improve self and skill sets oAble to communicate effectively with guests.
