HR Coordinator, De Novos (Remote)

Surgery Partners (SP) is actively growing through nationwide acquisitions, integrations, and new construction of ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals.
The HR Coordinator, De Novos (new construction) supports facility leaders during the planning and setup time period before the facility is fully operational.
Once the facility and support team are operational and stabilized, the HR Coordinator transitions the facility to the long-term regional HR support team.
The HR Coordinator is a member of the HR Integration team who is responsible for executing the launch of new facilities.
This role is successful through proactive, timely, and effective communication and project management, creative and flexible problem-solving, and successful navigation through ambiguity and shifting dynamics.
This role's primary time and attention is dedicated to the following key
Responsibilities:
Prepares in advance of, hosts and presents on recurring integration meetings to provide updates on the HR process overall - reporting on current focuses, open items, what's on track, what's at risk of not meeting goals and any recurring issues, etc.
Virtual meeting preparation includes PowerPoint presentations summarizing the HR integration activity, recording detailed meeting notes and providing status updates on key open items.
Sends meeting reminders on the day of meetings with external leaders.
Provides frequent and timely updates to key stakeholders on the status of the De Novo progress overall Educates, takes ownership of and collaborates with interdepartmental sub-teams and leaders by providing reference materials, guides and updating trackers to mature the HR aspects of De Novo facilities Leads onboarding and training for new facility Administrators and other leadership positions, ensuring the Talent Acquisition team trains on hiring as well as the HR Associate Business Partner trains on answering benefits questions, UKG for changing employee records and time management.
Other training topics could include, but are not limited to:
ATS overview and functionality, participant expectations, feedback and hiring process needs, review of current staffing plan and salaries budget, hiring sequencing and timing plan, etc.
Creates and updates the HR De Novo Playbook, reflecting details for each site ensuring that all tabs (HR Team Checklist, Staffing Dashboard, Administrator Checklist) are up to date and saved in a shared area for the team's reference Submits employee record change workflows in the HR Information System (HRIS - UKG) This list of responsibilities is meant to summarize the key details and is not inclusive of all of the role's responsibilities.

Experience & Education Requirements:
3
years of experience in Human Resources required.
Experience in onboarding, education and the Healthcare industry preferred.
1
years of experience with Administrator security, access and responsibilities in HR Information Systems (HRIS, preferably UKG/ UltiPro) required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Applicable experience in lieu of education preferences will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technological proficiency to efficiently utilize all MS Office products.
Most frequently uses Outlook for email, Excel for tracking and data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
Efficient and effective project management to navigate competing priorities in a tight timeline, fast pace and with imperfect information/ ambiguity.
Strong written, verbal and public speaking communication skills.
Accurate and timely data entry and tracking.
This role requires a high level of proactive data management and utilizing multiple sources and systems.
Confidence and follow-through as questions arise and seeks clarity through conflicting information.
Proactively communicates ensuring a task is complete and the topic is thoroughly understood by key stakeholders before considering the task to be resolved.
Customer service is an essential skill and ability for this role and requires seeing an opportunity to help/ lend support and proactively helps before it's requested.
