o Ensures customer care and selling are #1 priority
o Serves as subject matter expert for the Retail Enterprise Suite (RES) applications and processes and assists all store associates in learning RES applications and processes
o Demonstrates awareness of current and future ads and promotional events and ensures the signs are printed and available for timely implementation
o Prepares for promotional events, sets up ad displays and replenishes advertised merchandise as directed by management
o Places signs on merchandise, displays and other promotional locations in accordance with corporate signing standards
o Knows ad set standards and requirements
o Trouble shoots any issues with promotional signing to ensure signing accuracy
o Performs other duties as assigned
o Basic reading skills
o Ablility to lift and move cleaning supplies, typically a minimum of 20lbs., but could be as much as 100lbs
o Ablility to understand follow written and verbal instruction
o Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
o Knowledge of RES application, related processes and standards
o Ability to be cross trained
o Must be 18 years of age or older
