Job Description:
You''re organized and professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In this role you will maintain current information on available seating in all classes and register students accordingly on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will also assist the Director of Admissions with registration and the maintenance of accurate records. Most importantly, you will use your exemplary teamwork skills, positive attitude, accountability to company values, and excellent customer service to ensure that the student registration process is functioning at optimal levels and make a difference in the lives of many.

Responsibilities:
Answer student questions pertaining to classes available
Receive and record all requests for classes, and prepare accurate wait lists on a first-come, first-serve basis
Schedule and manage instructor visits and school tours, and act as a back-up tour guide when necessary
Answer and return phone calls promptly
Send requests for add-on classes to Financial Aid or the Business Office
Explain balances due to students when they sign contracts
Send letters to parents when they have plus loans
Write and file contracts accurately
Send required documentation to necessary departments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Attend and successfully complete all training for this position, as required at any time by the company
Complete any other projects assigned by the Director of Admissions

## Qualifications
1-3 years relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Complete knowledge of all classes offered by the company
Excellent group communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
