General
Job Description:
You're a jack-of-all-trades and experienced in both general maintenance and repair work. In this role you'll be performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, alteration, installations, and repair work involved in the maintenance and repair of assigned suites and related equipment at our Campus Support Center (CSC), including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical repair skills. You'll play a vital role in the repair and upkeep of our buildings, offices, and equipment.

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance work for the alteration, repair, and maintenance of CSC suites, partitions, cabinets, floors, doors, wood fixtures, and furniture
Clean, sand, seal, and prepare interior and exterior walls and surfaces for painting
Assist in furniture/office relocations and delivery of office related furniture, equipment, and supplies
Install and make emergency repairs and adjustments to plumbing fixtures and equipment, including pipes, washers, gaskets, and faucets
Keep well-organized maintenance records of all work completed and order necessary supplies
Utilize proper safety precautions related to all work performed
Work closely with Maguire maintenance team for building services requests
Perform other related duties as required
## Qualifications
At least two years of experience in general maintenance and repair work
Must know how to safely use and operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used for building and maintenance purposes
Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to successfully perform required duties
Must be able to follow both oral and written directions
